2. Analyze the issues thoroughly.
This is a missing piece in many cases. We need to read, listen to, and learn both sides of the issues. Do not lean on one side only. Read and learn from variety of sources. Some media tend to have a specific direction of viewing issues. It is important to get balanced. We strongly encourage to utilize various sources to maintain a well-balanced view.
3. Start small.
Don’t expect that many people would agree with you right away or follow your leading to makes changes.
